Food preparation can contribute to the obesity problem. Consider online training for your food service staff. Courses include safe food handling guidelines from receipt of food to preparation and service, portion control and nutrition, ways to eliminate foodborne illness using HACCP principles (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), and the responsibilities of professionals regarding personal hygiene and pest control.
